Presentation of ideas: 3d photorealistic visualisations and freehand sketches of the chosen wedding zone, plans and schemes
Depending on the idea and Wedding Design Package we present ideas by creating mood boards, freehand sketches, photorealistic 3D visualisations like the one next to this text, plans and schematics.
Each of the services described below can be included in the planning package or booked separately.
Design of wedding stationery and signage based on the visual wedding concept
Wedding stationery can include engagement party invitations, bridesmaids’ proposal cards, save-the-date cards, invitations, RSVP (response cards), thank you cards, menus, wedding programs, guest cards, table number cards and so on.
Wedding signage can include welcome signs such as “Welcome to our Wedding Ceremony” and “Welcome to the reception”, signs with special information such as wedding hashtag for social media, sign with a seating plan, signs leading to special areas such as “Photobooth” and so on.
We can create a custom design or a design based on templates.
Fully personalized menu and food presentation
We can provide standard menu options or create a custom menu for you. Some caterers and restaurants we work with can also create personalized dishes.
Depending on the number of guests and the vendor, we can offer four options for food presentation: Buffet, Family-Style, Served Festive Menu, a-la-cart.
The visual food presentation depends on the caterer or restaurant and can be more basic or gourmet in appearance.
We think about the health of your guests. We ask you to let us know if anyone has any food allergies and together with the chef of the chosen venue we will find a way to take care of it.
Personalized entertainment program and sound and light equipment
We work with dozens of artists from Greece, Italy and other countries for every taste and budget: saxophonists, violinists, harpists, cover bands, traditional music bands and dancers, DJs, fire shows, dancers and so on.
We can provide sound and lighting equipment of any complexity: from a small private event to a concert with a stage.
Personalization of the artist’s program depends on the provider and the package booked.
Creation of other days program: excursions, parties, boat trips, etc.
Crete and Northern Italy are so diverse, there are many beautiful places to visit, great restaurants to try, activities to experience.
We will be happy to put together a tailor-made holiday program for you which can include private lunches, dinners, excursions, parties, boat trips, diving and water sports experiences etc.
Photo and video shoots
We work with many photographers and videographers from Greece, Italy and other countries who have different styles, approaches and prices. They have different packages: from simple to the most complete, we will help you choose the best one for your needs.
