Set against the sun-drenched coastline of Elounda, Adriana and Adrian’s Greek Orthodox wedding was a breathtaking celebration of love and culture, paired with excellent 5-star hotel service. Before making their way to the hotel, the unforgettable day began at a private hillside villa in Agios Nikolaos overlooking the Aegean Sea, where morning preparations were filled with excitement, laughter, and champagne toasts by the infinity pool alongside the bridesmaids.
The festivities then moved to the resort in Elounda, where guests gathered on a sunlit stone terrace in front of a classic whitewashed chapel. Decorated with elegant white floral arrangements and framed by rustic wooden cross-back chairs, the venue provided an iconic Greek backdrop. Under radiant blue skies, the couple took part in a traditional Orthodox ceremony, exchanging vows and wearing sacred stefana crowns before walking hand-in-hand through a shower of flower petals and joyful cheers.
As guests transitioned to an outdoor cocktail hour, Adriana and Adrian slipped away across the resort’s stunning grounds for their newlywed portraits. From rustic stone archways to the sunlit edge of a pier jutting into crystal-clear waters, every photo captured the raw beauty of the Cretan coastline as coastal breezes caught the bride’s veil.
As dusk began to fall, everyone gathered for a magnificent waterfront dinner. Illuminated by warm overhead string lights and surrounded by rustic stone walls, the evening flowed seamlessly from heartfelt toasts and a delicious dinner straight into an energetic night of dancing and celebration right at the water’s edge.
